If you are no longer available for the original proposed task time and would like to propose an alternate time the customer open the HeyBryan app:
- Contact the customer through the 'Chat' feature to let them know you if a new date and time fits with their schedule.
- Go to task details, select Reschedule task.
- Select a new time.
- The customer receives a notification, and you will be notified when they accept the proposal.
