To use the chat feature you simply tap the "Chat" button and you can communicate directly with the homeowner. The HeyBryan chat feature records all conversations, so it provides that extra support to protect you in case there is a misunderstanding with your customer.
We recommend using it to:
- Clarify task details and scope with customer once you have accepted the job. This includes any additional job requirements, or photos you may need prior to arriving on site.
- What expenses have been incurred and in what amount.
- Communicate to the customer if the hours of the task may change beyond the original estimated hours.
