Booking a task on the HeyBryan app is fast and simple:
- Confirm or add the address (this is where the work will be done)
- Click Book a Task
- Select a task category (e.g. Cleaning or Handyman Services)
- Add task details
- Set date and time you want the work done
- Estimate job size / hours
- Add photos (optional but very helpful!)
- Describe the task
- Tap Review Your Task (note - you are not charged at this point)
- Review the task request and cost estimate - add credit card if you haven't done so already
- Tap Request your task
- That's it! The system finds the best available Expert to complete your task.
Once your task is accepted by an Expert, you can use the app's live chat feature to finalize the details and agree to final quote. Once this is done, the task gets booked.
NOTE - you will see a preauthorization on your credit card TWO DAYS before the task date. Your credit card will be billed only AFTER the task is complete.
