Accepting a task is easy:
1. From the app, you’ll receive an alert that a task has been requested in your area
2. Review task details
3. Tap 'Accept the task'
4. Clarify scope of work with the customer using the in-app live chat feature
5. Update the task if required (e.g. hours, timing, scope, etc.)
6. Agree with customer, do the work, and get paid
If you feel that a task isn’t right for you, or that you are unable to make it work in your schedule, no hard feelings. Just tap the “Decline” button, and the customer will be notified that they need to select a different expert this time.
