Experts get work when customers request them for services. Experts will receive a notification in the HeyBryan app alerting them that they have been requested to get the job done by a customer!
As an Expert, it is very important that your profile is up to date and relevant, as this will be the main deciding factor in receiving work with HeyBryan.
Using and requesting jobs on the HeyBryan platform is easy for customers. The entire process is very simple:
- Select the category of work to be performed (e.g. Do you need a painter? A cleaner?)
- Schedule when the project needs to be completed
- Estimate the project size (number of hours)
- Enter any additional project details (feel free to include photos, supplies you might need, ect.)
- Once you confirm all details, you can then review a list of available Experts
- Select an Expert
- The Expert will come over and complete the job
- Your credit card will be charged, and the Expert paid
